Billed as a city car with a hybrid system, the designers of the Elcapa seemed to be going out of their way to punish would-be buyers.
Graceful as a hippo in a tutu, the Elcapa’s distended dimensions were intended to provide plentiful storage. Dunked in a two-tone paint scheme though, the final shape offered minimal charm.
